Custom Clothing + J Hilburn. A Great Fit
I’m a big fan of tailored clothing, but I am not a fan of limited style and fabric selection. Fortunately, J Hilburn understands that. The shirts, pants and suits they make always fit like a glove and help you look amazingly dapper. More info at: JHilburn.com

I Can’t See a Thing!
People are always looking for new and unique experience no matter what city they live in. I’ve heard about the blind experience in cities like New York or L.A., but never in Austin. Quite frankly, I think it is a wild idea, albeit a very disconcerting one. I’m a bit of a control freak, in that I like to know what is going on and the situation around me. I kind of envelope myself in surroundings I feel very aware about. This would be quite outside of my comfort space, but I’d be willing to push myself.

Khaki For 2015? Not for Me
GQ has an interesting take on summer fashion for 2015, Khaki suits. Actually, that suit is really hard to pull off. If you’ve got light skin, it just completely washes you out. I’ve got one khaki blazer in my closet and in the 2 years I’ve owned it, it has only been worn twice. I do like really dark jeans and a lighter jacket. Now that look ROCKS!

A Great Fashion Profile on LStyleGStyle.
Giving a voice to the founder of Austin Fashion Week, Matt Swinney.
A wonderful read from LStyleGstyle with a perfect quote, “We are not necessarily seen as a fashionable city, but we’re seen as a tastemaker city. This means fashion brands and lifestyle brands are now looking at us in a unique way.”
