E Congress. They offer a number of quick lunch menu items including a delicious lunch burger with a side dish and salad. You can expect to get out of there for about $20 with tip, but no libations. My burger was perfectly cooked, the pickled onions a surprise treat and the vinaigrette on the salad was tangy and delicious.
