I entertained a few friends for a weeknight dinner and we sampled a number of items from the menu: street tacos, quesadillas, and fajita tacos. All were superb. The street tacos a bit heavy on cilantro, but the meat was very tender and quite flavorful. I would be remiss if I failed to suggest the infused tequila. Tonight&#8217;s medley featured tequila infused with jalape\u00f1o and pineapple.
