Wanting a some spirits but not wanting to drive, I joined a few friends on a short walk to the 04 Lounge on South Congress. It was everything from halter tops to tuxedos and everyone was having a really good time. I always appreciate a bar that is staffed appropriately to service the patrons. Service was great, music was esoteric (digital jukebox), and no attitude.
